Through a Comparative Market Analysis, I can evaluate the prices of properties similar to yours that have recently sold in your area. This analysis will give you a better idea of your property's market value, one of the first - and essential - steps as you prepare to sell your home. I will need to acquire some basic information about your home, which you can provide here.  However, to properly evaluate your home's value I will need a quick in-person orientation to it.  I do not use pressure, and I will not be creating an expection of you to list, so don't worry.  This is simply a part of the fact-finding aspect of the process you are contemplating to determine whether or not listing is even wise. It is essential that all of the aspects of your home that have value to the market be considered in the course of preparing your analysis.
